Return Policy

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you have purchased a product from our online store and find upon receipt that it has a manufacturing defect, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to request an exchange or return.

The first step is to contact our customer service by email at the following address:

Our team will inform you of the procedure to follow for your return or exchange.

We will ask you to provide photos and/or videos of the product, its packaging, as well as a description of the problem found.

Once the package is returned and received, the product will be inspected by our quality department.
If all return conditions are met, our customer service will contact you. You can then choose between:

  • An exchange for another product of equivalent value, in stock

  • A full refund (excluding any bank processing fees)


RETURN DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND

In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned:

  • In their original, intact, and sealed packaging

  • In perfect condition, with no signs of use or damage

  • Accompanied by all possible accessories

We reserve the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not met.

⚠️ Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.
Any package returned without prior authorization from our customer service will be refused.
