The products displayed on our site are not located in Argentina. They are shipped directly by our manufacturers located in the United States, China, Sweden, and Germany, to our customers.

The estimated delivery time is an average of 1 to 3 weeks. However, this period may vary depending on local postal services, customs regulations, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.

All orders include a tracking number, sent by email to the customer within 7 business days of purchase. This number allows tracking of the shipment from the country of origin to the delivery address.

Delivery is always handled by the local postal service. In some cases — absence of the recipient, delivery restrictions in certain areas, or other reasons — a notice may be left for the package to be collected at the nearest agency.

Based on our experience, 85% of products are delivered within 30 days of shipment.

For orders of two or more products, they may be shipped separately, with a unique tracking number for each package.

We invite you to pay close attention to the delivery address provided to ensure timely receipt. Please note that the address cannot be changed after 24 hours following the purchase, as the order then enters the preparation phase. After this period, it is also no longer possible to cancel the order.

As this is an international shipment, tracking may take between 5 and 20 business days to appear on the local postal service website after the tracking number is received. Damages occurring during transit are the responsibility of the postal services.

The delivery address must be verified by the buyer before confirming the purchase. In case of a package return due to an incorrect or incomplete address, responsibility lies with the customer. If delivery fails, the package may be returned to the sender abroad. Once the new shipment is confirmed, the delivery time will restart from the date of this confirmation, which will be noted in the order.

As an import service, each item may be subject to customs or tax procedures. All potential fees are the responsibility of the customer.
